Who is Trybepay for?
Nigerian and African businesses that pay suppliers abroad or receive payments from abroad, and the partners who refer them. Traders, importers, tailors, salons, shops and agents, plus the people who send them business.
How do I pay a supplier abroad?
Tell us who you are paying and how much. You see the exchange rate before you confirm, your naira is received, and the supplier is settled in their currency. Every step is tracked in your dashboard until the money lands.
Can I receive payments from abroad?
Yes. Customers and partners overseas can pay you and the funds are settled securely into your account at a transparent rate, with the transaction and any referral behind it recorded.
How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by the Trybepay team or your organisation’s administrator. Once yours is ready you will receive your sign-in details by email, and you can sign in from this page.
How are referral commissions worked out?
Your administrator sets the commission terms. Each time a referred payment settles, the reward owed to the referring partner is calculated and added to their running total, with the transaction kept as the proof.
Can partners see their own referrals?
Yes. Partners sign in to see the businesses they referred, the payments linked to them, and what they have earned, without seeing anyone else’s numbers.
Is there a record of changes?
Every payment, rate, status change and commission entry is kept, so disagreements are settled by looking at the record rather than by memory.
